1.0The property looks good and comfortable.
− We booked this property because it looked nice and comfortable, and it really is in person. However, when we arrived, the caretaker was not aware of the double booking situation. It seems the owner and caretaker were not properly coordinated, which caused confusion upon check-in. Our reservation was then disrupted and we were relocated to an alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, the alternative place was not clean, the shower was completely broken, and they did not provide proper towels — only a disposable towel. This situation caused a lot of stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We hope the management improves their communication and booking system to prevent this from happening to future guests.

10.0It's a beautiful apartment, very quiet and clean. The location was great, there are always tuk tuks available on the street but also it's only 15 minutes walk to town in one direction or 15 minutes to a great cafe called Bonsod Coffee in the other direction.
