House was excellent for our needs from teenagers to small babies. A good walk to beach but only a 5 min drive so suited
10.0Great location. Great size for us lots of room.
− Only one comment was double bedroom up the stairs without the en-suite had a soft bed. The smaller bedroom next door had the bed replaced before we arrived and was super comfy so maybe replacing the mattress is all that's required for the double. Apart from that everything was fabulous!

10.0The property was very well equipped, beautifully clean and was a lot bigger than it looked on the photos. Had an amazing stay. Would book again. Highly recommend it for people with children or pets. 2minute drive from Annstruthers.
Maison extraordinaire avec de très grandes pièces, magnifiquement décorée et située au calme!
10.0− Il manque un petit mot avec quelques instructions pour la maison (utilisation de certains accessoires de cuisine, le code wifi, le chauffage ...), ça nous aurait facilité la vie 😉

− It's a bit tricky to find as the property is hidden away from the main street and satnavs can't find it. We asked a friendly neighbour who pointed us in the right direction.

− Broken down stairs shower which we were informed 3 weeks prior. No Christmas tree or decorations for a young family. ( provided our own)
