4.0Résidence très bien située, proche du lac et des commerces. Parking gratuit sur place. Appartement avec grand balcon vue partielle des montagnes et du lac.
− Négligence total dans ce logement : Pas de vraie climatisation, ventilateurs fixés au plafond dans une chambre et la salle à manger. Pas de ventilateur dans la cuisine ni la très petites chambre avec 3 lits superposés. Problème éclairage dans les pièces (les interrupteurs ne correspondent pas à l'éclairage fixé). Balcon très sale avec mobiliers extérieurs très abîmés et poussièreux,. inutilisable pendant le séjour ! Nettoyage superficiel de l'ensemble de l'appartement surtout les sols. Espace limitée pour 6 personnes car pas de table à manger dans la grande pièce. Salle de bain désuette avec pare-douche non fixé. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais armoire trop haute à atteindre. Résidence pas assez entretenue.
