8.0Very homely, nice and modern, very clean and minimalistic (which i prefer). Parking is a huge plus. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Nottingham
10.0Host greeted us at the house as soon as we arrived and let us in, showed us around the facilities and was on hand if we needed him. lovely house, great location with plenty of shops and places to eat/ order from. Hot shower, TV in every room with all the Apps to choose from. Fully equipped kitchen with new and clean kitchen appliances which was a nice add on. Very comfortable sofa & dinning table is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to hang clothes up, which was perfect as it was for a work trip. although on a main road (which is great for getting around!) you wouldn't know once the door is closed. Private parking in the drive way, which is a bonus for the area!

10.0Excellent stay here, friendly and helpful host. Grateful for the milk and fan left for us on the hottest day in June. Everything was comfortable and clean. We felt so relaxed staying here in a home away from home. No problems but host was easily contactable if required. Thank you x

10.0Lovely little apartment, transaction and check in went all smooth, was greeted by the owner who was lovely! Little touches such as milk and butter were brought for us! Couldn't recommend this place enough!
