La ubicación cercana a Mira, el tamaño de la casa y la equipación de la cocina, muy bien preparada. La conexión a Internet funcionaba muy bien. El aire acondicionado es nuevo y funciona muy bien, se enciende solo porque lo dejan programado (se puede apagar si no lo quieres pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta). Volveremos seguro si vamos a Mira otra vez.

− Desgraciadamente la cafetera estaba estropeada y no pudimos tomar café ningún día, ojalá lo revisen antes del siguiente cliente. Tampoco funcionaba el horno, pero no lo necesitábamos. El riego automático del jardín era bastante molesto por la cantidad de horas que funcionaba (hacía ruido y estaba encendido cada día 4 horas desde temprano, un poco excesivo para las necesidades del césped, recomiendo revisar esto porque genera humedad seguramente indeseada en el suelo y terraza).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
