Outside looks great. Location is a couple minutes walk from train station.

− I wish I could describe the flat’s interior but unfortunately, when I arrived someone else was already there. Contacting the property owner revealed a number error and they directed me to another flat. This second flat was also occupied. It was clear they had double-booked and left us stranded. Twice they promised to call back to resolve the issue but never did. I had to keep calling them back to get an answer. Finally, they offered me a much cheaper hotel for just one night. Despite booking a two-bedroom flat, they only offered a one-bedroom cheap hotel because I had two guests in my reservation. Obviously, I needed the extra space and they weren’t going to fix their mistake. Thankfully booking helped with a refund but the fact I was left hanging for hours from the property owner is a red flag and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The common areas were also very dirty with carpet stains and it seemed like the place had been neglected by management.

Good spot for a short stay, lovely property that could be improved with some minor additions.

The property itself was very nice, it could improve with better parking instructions and codes for the door next to the allocated parking bay.

− The cutlery, cups, plates etc. everything was dirty in the cupboards and no tea towels etc to help clean.

Nice place to stay. Prompt responses from the owner.

2 Bedroom always convenient to beat the jet lag.

− “Not liking” is not the way to write up. But I can say how the owner can improve her business 1) Add a microwave to the kitchen if you can. Kitchen Roll never mind even if it’s from Ali express. 2) Fit Toilet Roll holder in both bathrooms . Also, not one toilet roll but give 2 Rolls one for each bathroom. 3) Keep few milk pods in the fridge usually visitors won’t have a car or carry milk or small milk cartons 4) Bed in the second bedroom is sinking best change it if you can. The bedsheets in the bedroom had women hair looks like it may not have got changed. If this is something the tenant have to do on his arrivals as I some bedsheets in the closest (please ignore this) 5) That ring camera at the door may make some paranoid that there could be cameras inside the apartment connected to the wifi- may be at the main door at the entrance if it is required for safety. Except for that changing the bed (which is not urgent) all others said are simple things which can improve the business.

Nice apartment. Had everything you need. Clean and well maintained. Great communication Used early check in and bought the parking permit for ease. Only a short walk into town.

− Took a long time to warm up. Could have used an extra cover because of this. Beside a reasonably busy train line.
