I like the location and the free onsite parking offered.

− I don't like the fact that a few supplies need to be bought by ourselves, such as extra paper towel and toilet paper. The pipe under one of the vanity was leaking and the pipe joint under the kitchen was also slightly leaking. The supplies are just not enough to cover the entire stay such as laundry pods.

Bon emplacement, appartement spacieux, vue sympa sur jardins et piscine du Marriott, résidence avec piscine, jacuzzi et parking. Excellents lits, propre de façon générale, super chambre parentale avec dressing et grande SDB. Bons équipements: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sêche-linge, sèche cheveux. Quelques pastilles de lave-vaisselle, lave-linge fournies.

− L'agence WeHost a été nulle pour communiquer et nous aider. Ils ont rempli le gel douche le dernier soir alors que nous avions signalé le manque de produit à l'arrivée 4 jours avant. 1 seule paire de clés pour 6. Pour la résidence, pass à 10 dollars par clé supplémentaire via appli qui nécessite numéro de tel américain. Le pass n'ouvrait pas le parking, accès en panne, il fallait appeler à l'interphone. Manque d'assiettes et de tasses à café. Lames de persiennes de mauvaise qualité qui se défaisaient et petites réparations à faire. Manquent rideaux occultants dans une chambre. Attention, si vous êtes réveillés par la lumière le matin, ça ne va pas vous convenir. Manque de modes d'emploi pour faire fonctionner les appareils comme le broyeur d'évier.

The location was perfect.

− I was confused if it's the right place since name in booking was different. When I asked security guy if it's a right place, his answer was NO. But most probably it's not his responsibility. It would be nice to get that info as a part of checkin info. The separate comment is needed about elevator. It really takes time to go up or down during check-in and check-out time. On Sunday to go down after checkout it took 43mins that is really crazy. It's good that we had enough time prior our flight.
