9.0the host was extremely helpful all the time and accommodated our checkout needs without hassle. We liked the rooftop area. The property was perfectly located.
− I booked long ago, and although the accommodation was plenty the layout of the apartment is odd with one bedroom far from the family bathroom. It worked for us- we were only 5 people but the apartment would have been a squash with the full 7 beds occupied. You could not fit 7 people in the living area.

7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sowohl der Strand als auch die Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Sagrada Família gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung, man kann aber auch hinlaufen. Für eine große Familie ist die Wohnung sehr praktisch: Es gibt genügend Zimmer und zwei separate Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
− Weniger gut fanden wir die Klimaanlage, da es nur im Wohnzimmer eine gibt. Zum Glück war es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sehr heiß. In den Zimmern gibt es Ventilatoren und Heizgeräte, aber bei großer Hitze oder Kälte könnte das möglicherweise nicht ausreichen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ein paar Kaffeekapseln wurden bereitgestellt, weitere muss man selbst kaufen. Beim Check-out muss man außerdem den gesamten Müll selbst entsorgen, was wir bei einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse etwas ungewöhnlich fanden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, aber aufgrund des relativ hohen Preises fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz überzeugend. Vielleicht lag der hohe Preis auch an der Hauptsaison in Barcelona.

9.0Great apartment with two bathrooms, a good kitchen, view of the park, very quiet/no street noise, very enjoyable roof top terrace in the evening and great location: near to the city centre, walking distance to the beach, very chill park on the other side of the street, metro station 300 m from apartment, supermarket around the corner, Also: great host, communication went very smoothly and well.
− There were some very minor things in the apartment like an almost clogged kitchen sink and one shower where the hot water was hard to regulate, but those were all small inconveniences.
Great place for a short (or longer) stay in Barsa.
9.0Our apartment was big and cozy. The location is great- both for visiting major city landmarks and beaches. The staff is friendly and always there to help you if you need anything. The rooftop was cute.

RULES OF THE HOUSE:
- TOTAL silence is requested from 10pm to 8am, both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment immediately with no right to refund and losing your security deposit.
- NO MORE PEOPLE accepted than those foreseen in the reservation.
- Access to the common terrace exclusive for the clients of our different apartments, from 9:00am to 11:00pm (NO PEOPLE invited from outside).
