− Everything was great

Lovely spacious house in London and a great location for Chessington world of adventure.

Downstairs the house was lovely and open plan giving lots of space.

− Dated upstairs, needs a update. Pool cold when we arrived and due to short stay it hadn't really warmed up.

Lots of room for large party but not the comfort expected.

Size of property.

− Beds weren’t very comfortable. Main bathroom very dated but shower pressure excellent. Shower in outbuilding was cold, so only one shower between 7.

Alright stay, improvements could be made.

It was spacious and had everything you'd need for your stay. The fridge was great, and was easy to get into. The price was good given the size of the house, but also found the value for money good as it had various faults. The list of negatives is really just about replaceable equipment so once that's replaced it would easily be a 10/10.

− Unfortunately this is a lengthy list. Both showers available were broken in some way. The shower upstairs had a massive head on it, looked great! Upon turning it on the pressure caused the head to fall down to one side and water inly came out of 1/4 of the shower head. If they replaced this with a smaller shower head it would probably work fine. Bedding was wet on bed on arrival so needed to be tumble dried. Another set of bedding had dried in food stuck to it - suggesting it wasn't actually clean. The pool wasn't as clean as it could be. There was algae along the bottom of the pool. It didn't render it useless but would've been more pleasant if it was completely clean. Not sure how effective the pool heater is (they did state it doesn't get actual WARM, and that it had been turned on) but took our breath away how cold it was. One double bed mattress resembled that of a brick, and the other was crazy soft - it didn't support at all. The tv we also couldn't get to have sound. Not an issue as we just had music instead. They also had ring cameras in the house/garden and no way to know if you've turned it off properly, which wasn't very comforting.

Loved the stay and tried the pool which was nice in the sunshine. Would certainly go again.

Excellent property, good location. Plenty of room.

− Electric did cut out bur was the trip and sorted quickly. Shower could do with some attention, but only minor points.

I cannot fault anything apart from the weather and even through the bad weather, the house and guest house created a great ambiance, great host that were always available and I will definitely return
