V Good at this price point, quiet location.
8.0This flat was convenient for me visiting Bridge of Allan. A ten minute walk to town centre. It would be convenient for anyone wanting to visit the Wallace memorial or Stirling. It is has a decent sized lounge and kitchen.
− The flat was good at this price point. Being a single traveller one small bathroom was fine but four occupants might like a second or separate loo. Tiny niggles: Should have provided J Cloths or equivalent in the kitchen. At least 3 of the dining table chairs need attention, they have at least one leg each capable of collapsing, perhaps these are assumed to be ok rather than checked after each tenant moves out. Luckily I only needed one.
It's a nicely presented apartment, good location, all utensils etc provided. As it should be.

9.0Clean, sunny and warm flat. The electricity didn't work at 8pm so I rang Martin and he arrived in 10 minutes and showed us the trip switch. We then discovered it was the fault of the toaster! Rang Martin next morning and a new toaster delivered next day. Very impressed with the service. Big thank you to Martin. Otherwise all good and will definitely recommend the flat to friends.
