− Check in required rm100 deposit in cash only. And if early checkout have to wait for bank in to return deposit. Towels were old Hot water shower was not hot Room had a detergent smell
Unhappy and uncomfortable staying

− 1. Very unhappy with booking.com as well as the local management. Booking.com show 6 days rent BDT 17000+ but deducted more than 55% higher that is BDT 27000+ though it is mention it might increase but who will accept around 60% increase. You should mention the hidden costs and should provide the wise cost. 2. Everything in this room was inferior compare to a budget hotel at KL. Infact, with this cost I am shifted into a 3 star hotel for another 14 days. 3. Booking.com has violated consumers right and it is type of crime. Host staffs are not professional and last 6 days they never clean this room . They provide used toilet tissues and no facial tissue at all which cost may be all together RM 5 to 6 ringgit. Inadequate garage bags. Only at the last day they mentioned where we have to dispose this garbage

− Parking was to difficult to me... Because the entrance shutters is closed I find the exit around 15 minutes then go ask guard and they say use same way that I entered which is one way... It's I don't like
Quiet, Safe, near shopping mall, restaurant, hospital, and schools.
7.0It was very near to UM.
− I had been given a Basement-3 parking lot. It was inconvenient that the signage (indicators) for vehicles to get to the exit gate was insufficient and confusing.
