9.0Appartement agréable, bien agencé, avec un petit extérieur. Le fait qu'il soit en sous-sol n'était pas gênant. Les explications des propriétaires étaient claires et détaillées. La place de parking et la proximité de la mer nous ont particulièrement plu. L'environnement de Westbrook bay est beaucoup plus calme que celui de la plage principale de Margate.
− L'appartement était globalement propre mais le ménage pourrait être un peu approfondi. Ren de grave cependant.

Margate is wonderful, and we had a great stay in the apartment as a base for exploring.
9.0Spacious apartment, very convenient hassle-free parking (except that the exit sensor didn't seem to work and I had to nip out to the keypad on the outside to take the car out of the car park); well equipped, heating very responsive and effective (there was a cold day); fantastic to be so close to the beach; very easy to find (the chapel is a good landmark). Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. There was a private place to sit out but it was too cold and windy to use it. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was good as a base for seeing Kent and its coastline.
8.0Location was very good for Margate and also easily accessible for touring around. Good to have secure parking. Very spacious comfortable and clean apartment and well equipped. Good position for a family wanting to spend time on Margate beaches and in the town.
− Apartment was a bit noisy as it was on a main road . Also it is a basement apartment and not actually the ground floor. Unfortunately we didnt like Margate so didn't benefit from the nearness to the town.
A wonderful large apartment a 4 minute walk to the sea front. Excellent value, with secure parking
