Well-located and pleasant house with a lovely garden

Lovely house in the center of Beverwijk. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our stay. The garden is also a great bonus and very pleasant to spend time in.

− The house has been modernized, but some equipment and finishes are of average/low quality ; still, everything was functional. There are two bathrooms, which is very convenient, though both are quite small.

− Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. An einigen Wänden sind die Tapeten teilweise abgerissen . Das sieht nicht schön aus. Ein Bettbezug war verschmutzt. Ich habe dies dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt, ohne eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten. Am letzten Tag kam die Info zum Check out, hier wurde dann erst die Beschwerde wahrgenommen und es wurde nicht geglaubt, dass die Bettdecke schmutzig war. Auf Wunsch habe ich Fotos geschickt und auch hier keine weitere Antwort erhalten. Eine bessere Kommunikation wäre wünschenswert.

The property was in a good location. It was next to lots of important and useful amenities like grocery stores gas stations, restaurants schools, you know all of the things that are necessary to be near your home. I also liked the backyard. It was really adorable and it’s really nice to sit out there and bathe in the sun when the weather is nice.

− The one thing that I didn’t like about the property was, it was kind of filthy. Whoever they have hired cleaning their home is just not doing a very good job. The floors were covered in debris, although not a lot still enough that it was noticeable to the naked eye, the walls Were very grimy. There was a pest/fruit fly infestation that never went away and although I know it’s the time of year for it. I still think it’s kind of unacceptable for their to be fruit flies in an empty garbage can that has no food or remnants of food in it makes me wonder if there’s some kind of internal problem…. And there was a thick layer of dust everywhere as somebody who cleans for a living absolutely unacceptable. I could’ve done a much better job if they hired me to clean the house would’ve been spotless.
