6.0− Double bed had two mattresses joint together and were very uncomfortable We had to stay towards the edge of bed to avoid hight joining point of bed. One complete double bef mattress would rectify this issue

8.0Great location for getting into and around chelmsford town. Very close to A12 No issues being able to park at the front of the house.
− Property is starting to look a little old. At the point of needing some investment. However this didn't effect its use or comfort.
Would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

7.0It was very clean and new. Nice and warm. Good bedding. Price was bery reasonable.
− The shower was very low pressure and the head was a bit low for a 6ft person. You had to bend to get under it.

10.0I booked on behalf of my colleagues and they loved their stay. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. There was also enough parking for 2 vehicles which was handy. I would certainly book this property again in the future.
