The location and the space available. Close to the beach.

− Parking was a nightmare. Spots were so small even a compact car could not fit. Towels smelled like mildew even after being washed.

It's on the beach and walking distance to The Hangout and great size for a family.

− Parking is terrible. Locals use the parking lot for the pool and beach and the staff doesn't do anything about it. Elevator is slow and extremely hot and this is on the 9th floor. Also we arrived early and didn't expect to get in the room but were allowed to use the pool and beach but watched them clean the room with all the doors open and took 2 days to cool down. When I examined the room I noticed the front door looked like it had tried to be kicked in and the front door didn't seal all the way. When we brought it to the attention of the owners they said that the staff had an emergency and wouldn't be able to get to it this week, but we saw no staff on site doing anything all week except one man when we complained about the parking and he walked around writing warnings on cars. Overall if you want a cheap place to stay this is for you. If you like customer service this is not the place.

I liked size of rooms, number of beds and fullstove and refrigerator. Loved the washer and dryer. Friendly, family oriented. Trash shoot was really nice.

− Parking was terrible. Afraid to go out due to not finding a parking spot. How old and torn the things in the shed were. Needed more tea towels and dish clothes. Elevator was rickety.

Appreciated all amenities, location, size of space, comfort.

− Parking-I’d recommend new shower curtain rings for small bathroom . The pull out couch needs a new mattress and frame looked at.

The location is wonderful. Very walkable and beautifully beach front! White sands and clear water. The pool was also quite warm. The property is on the top floor with a balcony. We left the doors open anytime we were in the room just to enjoy the wonderful calming sounds of the ocean. And you can't beat the view. Great for big families, girls trips, or like us a romantic couples getaway. Plenty of beds for everyone, & we found the Mastersuite bed very comfortable. They even have a storage shed which houses chairs, an umbrella, & other beach necessities. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge had a water/ice dispenser. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Would be happy to stay here again!
