− The bed was a sofa bed and would have preferred a proper bed.
Unable to access the property and the host was unwilling to help - had to find somewhere else
1.0− Arrived at the property, and no one was available to let me in. Contacted the host who told me that their agent was uncontactable and that they themselves can't help because they were too busy. Spent over an hour sat in my car parked on the property's driveway on the phone to Booking.com trying to resolve the situation during which time two people banged on my car window telling me to leave (at least one of whom I think was associated with the host). In the end, I eventually left on advice of Booking.com who arranged alternative accommodation but had to spend around 4-5 hours sat in a cafe while it was arranged. My entire evening wasted, and I didn't finally get to a room until around midnight! All because the host had failed to make proper arrangements and was unwilling to help despite knowing I had booked a room.
No safety there as there was other spot inside the room for them to come inside no privacy there
1.0The property was very smelly first when we enter
− The heating was not working properly. The room was very smelly feeling uncomfortable shit service. I was freezed there room was so cold I became ill. I left the room didn’t even live there asked for refund she start abusing me start threatening me and I left didn’t even stayed there. No privacy there room was so smelly. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there.
Very comfortable stay
9.0Location is ideal as good access to halal restaurants and parking available straight on driveway, very nice and hospitable host, a microwave and small fridge available in the room , inside decor had unique touch
− I like most of it , only thinking if a TV even a small one can be there to be used when there inside the room …
