A frustrating experience, as the reservation was unavailable when I arrived after traveling far.
1.0The host quickly responded during booking, and communication was good before check-in
− Although the communication during the booking process was good, and I kept the owners updated on my journey to the property, upon arrival, they did not respond. I was redirected to another person, who then informed me that my reservation was no longer available. This was extremely frustrating, as I had traveled all the way to the property based on the confirmed booking, only to find that no arrangements had been made for me.
The host needs to work on her communication.
