Really great place located a 15 min walk (fairly uphill, but that's Kalkan) away from the main town Lots of space with two balconies and really nice pool which is shared whith a couple other apartments Bathroom was great and modern and shower was large with good pressure We liked the cats that hung around the place too The owner was really nice and helped us out with a few things during the stay

− Nothing major, we really enjoyed our stay The main bedroom has slanted ceilings which were a little low for me (6ft) and the room was quite bright in the morning

Stunning Apartment! Spotless, beautiful modern fittings throughout, well equipped with amazing views from both the balcony and terrace across Kalkan Bay. Yasemin, the host, was excellent at communicating prior to arrival and we had no problem locating the key box following our evening arrival. Be assured this apartment is located in Kalkan, not the town of Kas. 10 minutes walk to supermarket, 15 minutes into town and the harbour. Plenty of taxis back if you don't want to tackle the steep hills. Would not hesitate in returning.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and modern, with wide rooms and balconies. Good position for road access and a very nice swimming pool. Quiet and clean. Perfect place for a few days!

This was a really nice apartment with a fascinating view and all the facilities. It was also really easy to check in and check out. The landlord provided a detailed guide with FAQs. The apartment was super nice; it really felt like home. This was a nice place with all the facilities in a quiet location. I think it was one of the best apartments I stayed in during this trip. Regarding the location, it is around 1.5-2 km away from all of the restaurants, but it should be taken into account that it is uphill.

− It was quite hot on the second floor even with the air conditioning on. There is a rather strange shower on the first floor; I think it should be better protected from the water. But these are only minor disadvantages.

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, spacious and furnished with good quality pieces. I loved the shower, best ever with large cascade rose and power shower. The roof terrace was sublime with wall to wall panoramic view of Kalkan bay, sundowner seating and twin swing just for two. Main bedroom was into eaves and plenty of room plus enough wardrobes for His and Hers and extra. It's pretty obvious that a lot of care and attention has been made to ensure that this is a charming and characterful apartment, totally lovely. The pool was mostly left to us all week. Kitchen was more than functional and very well equipped, great fridge and freezer with huge storage and proper Cold.
