9.0Ottima posizione ed appartamento confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario. Giardino ben curato e attrezzato.
− Appartamento privo di aria condizionata ma dotato di ventilatore. Il ventilatore però andrebbe cambiato perché mal messo e non sufficiente per rinfrescare l'ambiente.
