7.0Great location. Large bedrooms and spacious set up for a large group / family. Nice welcome bag of local coffee, teas etc.
− The observatory is falsely advertised with furniture that is not as per the photo and meant there wasn’t sufficient seating for the group so we didn’t use the space. This was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked (to have some outside area). The comments in the guest book stated similarly, so it appears this has been set up that way for some time.
Brilliant location but could do with a deep clean.

− The standard of cleanliness had a bit to be desired. Lots of cobwebs, mould on the shower tiles and the conservatory didn’t look like it had been touched in a long time. Chesterfield sofas were also quite uncomfortable.
