− The space is very hot and room size is very small. No door in the bed room so there was no privacy

1.0I didn’t like anything about the property
− It was dirty, lots of damage to the cheap furniture and tiny. I arrived at the check in time and the cleaner was still in the property! Me and my partner had to wait 20 minutes for the cleaner to finally leave. Upon further inspection it was dirty, stains everywhere and the furniture was cheap and damaged. My partner and I did not stay the night because it was so unhygienic. I wrote a long email to the property including pictures as to why I wouldn’t be staying there. They acknowledged the extensive list of things but had the audacity to only offer a 50% refund not including the parking fee they scammed out of me. How they can justify only refunding 50% when I spent all of 30 mins in the property!
