A lovely stay, very peaceful and beautiful. We loved the meadow and spotting birds. Excellent host!
10.0− A little shade over the hot tub would be great (although as we were there during a heatwave, it was very hot, it’s probably not a problem during an average Welsh summer!)

10.0I love this place. It was so beautiful, peaceful and cool, hot tub was FANTASTIC! Also if you used to camping facilities were great! I will totally return
− there could be more lights on the outside tent, none of the little light on the ground worked, so at night we had to go around with out phones all the time also a new fry pan is needed on the top tent... the one there is very old, but i still manage to use, lost half of my omelette to the sink though lol. A bit a complain here about pricing, i find a bit expensive £130 per night in such a place like that, however I understand that is the average in UK, witch i find in general a place expensive to travel... I always compare because for the price of 3 nights here i would be for over a week in a hotel in Spain or somewhere like that.,, But the way it is. :)

10.0Amazing communication! POD was modern and clean and the most comfortable bed. Hot tub was so good. Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

− Absolutely disgusting customer service. As Soon as I booked the tent I was contacted by the host to say there would be no hot tub. She then told me to take some time to think about if we still wanted to stay and if not she would honour a full refund. After speaking to my partner. My partner and I chose not to stay and I tried to contact the host (Jess) about ten minutes after she contacted me. I rang her multiple times and messaged via booking.com. She ignored each of my calls and reply bluntly stating she would only b en prepared to offer a 50% refund. I accepted this. But still no refund and now booking.com are saying she refuses to cooperate and has kept our full £120. Absolutely appalling behaviour and I shall be seeking legal action now as you can't just steal money from people. You made a promise to repay the money but ended it stealing it.
