Location is great and nice view helps. Dates inside but once cleaned was ok for the value.
5.0The views were great as well as the location which is right in the middle of town but down a quiet street.
− When we arrived the property had not been cleaned. The bedding was dirty and unmade as well as towels on the floor. We could not get hold of anyone and it took slot of time sorting out the property to be cleaned. This said we were refunded for our first night. Also note, the shower had to be held as the holder was broken.
CASA MUY AGRADABLE, ACOGEDORA Y BIEN UBICADA.EL DE LA INMOBILIARIA QUE GESTIONA DICHA VIVIENDA FATAL
8.0La casa estilo rociero y acogedora.
Nice location close to amenities.
6.0The location close to the village and the bars and restaurants. The beds were comfy. The price for the stay was a reasonable price. Easy to collect keys as they use a key lock system and you get code day before which was better than last time. Since last time we stayed you do get a welcome pack with a few tabs for the washing machine and spare bin bags. There are now rules of the house and checking out requirements.
− This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, but sadly it will be our last as some of the concerns that I expressed last time have not been addressed nor the comments of other guests in their reviews. Despite getting asked for feedback. I would say though it is a good price you pay so we don't expect it to be of a luxury villa standard but we do expect general cleanliness. I know from previous response to concerns you have said you have a professional cleaning team in who have not reported the awful smell to you but perhaps you should check it out yourselves. We do think it could be drains rather than damp but you should at least check it out. The main concerns though were the loose sockets in the room my grandchildren were using, the broken shower, which was mentioned by previous guests back in January but not addressed. Also the towels smelled musty and some of them full of holes as well as the bedding on the double bed. We had to wash all the cutlery before use (not able to dry as no tea towel provided) the chairs under the table in the lounge are extremely dusty as well as under beds and sofas. There was also an empty tablet packet on drawer unit in 3rd single bedroom, in double bedroom a dirty towel and a pair of someone else sock in the cupboard. As mentioned before no information on how to use any of the equipment you have now supplied rules of the house but no useful information for new people to the village. I know you will reply to this feedback but if you don't want constructive feedback on how to make this place better and only want to defend yourselves then don't ask for it.
Never again.
3.0That it was very near centre
− Photos were not a true representation at all! Eg: the pool shown appears to be beside the apartments garden but is in fact very far away in the distance. Bottom floor of flat couldn’t be used because of the stench of damp. Hot water would run out within a minute which meant freezing cold showers. Would not recommend.
Exceptional
10.0Visiting family & very convenient location to be near them & also close to the village centre - Carrefour, pharmacy, banks, bars & restaurants. Very spacious & everything to make you feel at home. Great value for money for a family. When previously stayed, with our daughter & Grandson, we had a cot & high chair provided at an additional charge Washing machine & tumble dryer very useful as always try to keep on top of laundry whilst away.
− Not a case of not liking but more tips or suggestions to make it perfect. Would have been useful to have information in the property as to how to use things like washing machine, tv, small oven, heating as very cold as January. Used air-conditioning unit but not sure how efficient & very wary of leaving it on all the time. Found little heaters in the wardrobes used, which were very useful. We know the village, but for newcomers, an information pack would be helpful - where places are, taxi information as no regular local bus to the coast, local walks nearby like to the reservoir, restaurant details or takeaways, Dr/hospital details in case of emergencies. A shower head holder on the wall in the en suite would be helpful so you can stand up & a non-slip mat for the bath. My son commented on the fact that wall sockets didn't seem safe in the bedroom to the right of the bathroom. Also, the shower holder is broken & doesn't stay upright. If a family is staying, maybe handy to have option of a stairgate as the staircase downstairs is unsafe for young children. Luckily, when we stayed previously our Grandson wasn't mobile.
Exceptional
10.0Property it what I like. It has its original taste and smell. It is good seen that owners was making this appatment for their good living. Many decor, good planning and facilities. It has terrace, which is not finished on old days and remaining as it is, but table and chairs are more comfortable than it looked on fotos. For oldfags - there js Technics musical centre in working condition! With CDs and cassetes. Music only classics, but what more do you want? Benahavis itself is a very good location for calm, comfort stay. Also right before appartment there is place for free parking.
