Очень разочарованы процессом заселения и отношением персонала.
1.0− По приезде нашу бронь не смогли найти. Нас отправляли в разные корпуса, долго держали в очереди, при этом мы были уставшие после дороги. На ресепшене сказали, что бронирование «не здесь» и отправляли нас разбираться самостоятельно. Отношение персонала было невежливым. В итоге нам сообщили, что номер будет готов только через три часа, что было крайне неудобно. В целом организация заселения оставила очень неприятное впечатление.
