− La colazione, che non ho ricevuto. Addirittura alla mia richiesta di una brioche il barista si è scocciato con me, dicendomi che le avrebbe dovute infornare per potermele dare dopo mezz'ora.

1.0− Information about location and directions incomplete and confusing even for the Italians asked for directions and ones who put in GPS information provided by host. Was not able to find after 3 hours of attempts. No phone number provided
