Came into visit family so needed a base for sleeping and the house met our needs.
7.0The beds were comfortable. The house was tidy and had all the basic things you would need for a short stay.,
− Thin curtains in one bedroom letting light in. Yard needs weeding and no garden chairs to sit outside. No dining table.

Nice house on the whole but...
5.0Nice house. Clean. Bed was lovely and comfortable.
− It was not in Saltburn-by-the-Sea... First night - had a neighbour threaten to take a sledgehammer to my car as I dared park 10-12 feet too far forward. It needs to be made very very clear that the residents obviously take parking exactly outside their own houses very seriously. There were no mirrors at the correct height anywhere in the property. The dustbins were full.

− Got emailed the day before booking about a security/breakages deposit, was the option of either paying £35 or £150, as I hadn't allocated additional funds I opted for the £35 not acknowledging that it was non-refundable. Pretty disappointed to pay an additional £35 on top of the original cost. Especially as we stripped beds and cleaned all the areas
