Geweldig !! Zo genoten van dit huis 🏠 kids waren super tevreden, hele lieve schoonmaakster 💕 en er waren af en toe jongen kittens bij het huisje die op straat leefde maar dat was ook mega schattig ! Erg goede ervaring en schoon huis!

− Helaas kregen wij erg slecht tot geen contact met de eigenaar ook slecht via booking , maar als je contact kreeg was het wel ook weer geregeld wat er geregeld moest zijn.

Prachtige locatie met kleine tips

De rust, ruimte en het zwembad Bedden en kussens heerlijk. De mevrouw voor de bedden en handdoeken kwam 1x in de 3 dagen. Prachtige grote villa, we hebben er genoten.

− Er was heel slecht contact mogelijk, kaart met telefoonnummer etc in de villa klopte niks van. We zaten op een avond totaal zonder water, toilet, kranen, douche, niks. Gebeld SMS, whatsapp etc nergens reactie op, Booking volgende morgen maar opgebeld, die zouden er achteraan gaan, uiteindelijk kwam de dame voor de bedden te verschonen rond de middag, zij is gaan bellen, 2 uur later hadden we weer water. Bleek dat er een ander nummer was voor problemen, een nieuwe, nog niet aan gepast op de lijst. (Hebben van Booking nog wel vergoeding gekregen) In de 2e douche geen föhn en er was geen houder om douchekop in vast te zetten, dus douchen was constant met de sproeikop in je handen, onhandig, hele douche dan sowieso nat ivm glazenscherm wat maar aan 1 kant zit. Nog 1 tip, zet een stofzuiger oid in de villa, de dame voor de bedden had een bezem en dweil waardoor onze lange zwarte haren na het dweilen door de hele villa lagen. De bank is voor in het naseizoen (wij hadden meerdere dagen en dus avonden helaas slecht weer) geen prettige bank om op te zitten, je hangt er meer op

Die Lage ist schön ruhig und mit erhöhter Privatsphäre, was wir sehr schätzen. Sehr sauber und eine schöne Ausstattung.

− Das Internet war leider entweder nicht vorhanden oder super langsam

All in all, we appreciated our accomodation choice away from the tourist strips with its ammenities.

If you are looking for a nice house with pool away from the busy tourist strips, then you are in the right place with Laganas Stone Villas. It’s nicely located within the island, away from the towns and touristic areas. That means, of course, that you will need a vehicle to get there. The villa itself is spaceous enough for 4 people with one double bed in one room and two single beds in a separate room. There are also two bathrooms (one directly attached to the doublebed-room). The pool is very nice as well. Bare in mind, though, that is deep throughout (1.70m), so you have to closely watch children. All in all, it was a very nice stay. However, there are a few things that we didn’t like so much. Some can be improved, other cannot:

− - Check-In: this was a bit strange as we had no real information on the process and even though we had contact before we arrived, there was also noone waiting there. At the end, we just opened the property door and found the key in the front door’s lock. It felt very odd entering a foreign property without consent “looking around” to do a self-checkin. If we would have known before, we wouldn’t have mind of course. - Communication: The only communication we had was when we mentioned that we were there and we were asked if we had already check-in (see above). When we later asked for some recommendations and asked questions (via the booking-plattform), we received no response at all… - The pool cleaner comes EVERY DAY in the morning. Sometimes, a brown dog accomanies him. The same dog peed on the provided outdoor-pillow one day as it came by itself. We chased it off and cleaned the pillow. As we mentioned it to the owner: no response whatsoever. - We always double-locked the main entrance when we left during the day. Someone was in the house during the day once as the door was not locked at all when we returned, but there was no cleaning work apparent. - If you like cats (we do): great. There will be at least three of them always around the garden and the pool. If you don’t watch out, they will be straight in the house. - On our last evening, the owners of the furthest back villa had a party and their guests parked all the cars in front of our villas entrance so that there was no chance to get in. We ringed their bell three or four times with noone responding. Luckily guests were then just leaving and when the leaving guest told the others that we are blocked, I could just here a “I don’t care” in the background… they eventually moved their cars… - We hope you like roosters. As it is the countryside, there are a couple around and they start crowing 4:00/5:00 am the latest - continuously for the entire morning.
