Terrible place under every aspect

Just the position in town. ALL the rest is a zero/zero

− One of the worst places I've been, and I work in Tourism. The hugest problem: the HEAT no air conditioning in the flat, no escape windows inside and in the bathroom, and a huge glass window with NO CURTAINS in the bedroom. Even when outside it was fresher, inside it was unbearable, hard to breathe, impossible to get cooler in any ways. There are only 2 small old fans from the 90ies, which do not do the job at all. STAY AWAY if it's summer, you will struggle extremely much. I suppose in winter the cold is the same problem, since there's no air conditioning and no heaters in the flat. Outside the only light point there was a circle of huge buildings, preventing the air and the wind to go through. No chance to get fresher. Moreover, outside there was full of eternit sheets, which absorbe all the sun rays and release more heat, and they are also toxic and polluting. The bathroom was hell. No windows, not a single light well, no areator. After wach shower you would start sweating massively again. Moreover, the building was an old decrepit and decadent building, all dirty, with a sticky pavement and stairs, and remainings of food, hair, dirt, all over the place. Also the people in the neighbourhoow looked scary and unsafe. Sleeping was a hell. To fall asleep was impossibile for the heat, and in the morning the sunlight would wake you up as soon as the sun rose, because of the lack of curtains (and no chance to cover such a long massive glass window with sheets of clothes). We asked the owner for a refund of at least 2 of the 3 nights, since we understand that we cheeked in and used the flat for the first day. She/he didn't want to hear a word, even if we gave them a reasonable solution, saying that "they couldn't do anything about it", and since I know how Booking works, they were also lying to us. Terrible experience

L'appartamento è ben tenuto, con tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno di qualche notte. La posizione è comoda, a cinque minuti dalla fermata dalla metro e vicina a molti servizi. La Host Vicky è stata molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze per il check-in. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

− L'appartamento è piuttosto caldo, ed è difficile da far arieggiare, questo potrebbe essere un problema nelle giornate più calde vista l'assenza di aria condizionata. L'edificio non è nelle migliori condizioni.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut gelegen um Gaia und Porto zu besuchen. Self Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach und problemlos, wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher in die Wohnung als ursprünglich vorgegeben. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar.

− Es roch ein wenig nach Rauch in der Wohnung, möglicherweise kam der Geruch aber von außerhalb. Es sehr warm und es gab keine Klimaanlage, daher hatten wir die Fenster offen, lider waren dadurch aber Umgebungsgeräusche sehr aut zu hören. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es okay. Waschmittel für die Maschine haben wir selbst gekauft und dort gelassen.
