− personeel onbekwaam en niet netjes voorkomend, het duurde heel lang voor men mijn reservatie had gevonden, bed niet netjes opgemaakt, het hele hotel maakt een oude en verwaarloosde indruk. Nog te duur voor wat het waard was.

1.0Le Papie en retraite il nous a donné deux chambres impeccable comme ça la famille est séparé.
− Tout quand on paye une chambre de 3 c'est pas 2 chambre hôtel très salle

− Demande de payer en espèces la taxe de séjour sans avoir de monnaie pour rembourser la différence, pas de clé pour la chambre (dormi porte ouverte), salle de bain avec énormes toiles d'araignée, réservoir des toilettes très sale, cuvette des toilettes très sale
