10.0The scenery is amazing, simply beautiful, with comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Good wifi.

10.0Къщата беше просторна и добре оборудвана. Кухнята има всичко необходимо - хладилник с ледогененратор, кафемашина с Неспресо капсули, съдомиялна. Леглата бяха удобни, но възглавниците не чак токлова. Нямахме проблем с топлата вода, макар да бяхме 4 души, а освен банята има още 2 тоалетни, което е страхотно. Има барбекю, камина, страхотна пергола с пейки и външна маса за хапване. Гледката е уникална, района е тих, а пътя до Фуншал и околните градчета е сравнително кратък.

8.0Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, die wir sehr genossen haben. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und wir konnten sehr gut entspannen. Den Grillplatz haben wir auch nutzen können. Wir konnten unsere Ausflüge gut von dem Standort durchführen. Supermärkte lagen auf dem Weg. Hundegebell, der morgendliche Hahnwettstreit und die große Verkehsstrasse im Tal haben wir gehört, aber störte uns nicht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war alles ruhig. Wer abseits des Trubels Ruhe finden möchte, ist dies der richtige Ort.
− Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit riecht es muffig. Die Küche sollte erneuert werden. Schränke sind teilweise nicht mehr ansehnlich und funktonstüchtig. Mehr Besteck wäre auch gut. Schönheitsreparaturen sind an der einen oder anderen Stelle notwendig für den Preis. Wir haben uns dennoch wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful Stay with some hardships
7.0The property is amidst the hills with a view of a far away ocean. It’s extremely appealing interiors draw your attention quite quickly. On the outside the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The beds were extremely comfortable.
− The apartment has just 1 bathroom and 2 washrooms. If you are a group of 4 or 6 this could be a problem. The hot water is very limited (sufficient for 2 persons only) making it extremely difficult during winter times to have a shower. In the listing it say 3 bathroom which is false information. The house is heated by electric heaters, they are limited in number, hence you will have to relocate them between the living room and bed rooms. The dishwasher despite looking modern has a very poor performance!
