10.0Muy acogedor, la distribución muy buena, la playa a un paseo prácticamente y el casero muy amable. Punto a favor la plaza de aparcamiento justo al lado. En general estupendo. Lo recomiendo. Yo repetiré.

10.0El piso estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado y Toni el propietario muy amable. EStá situado en una urbanización llamada la Plaza, muy agradable y con restaurantes ahí mismo. Muy cerca de la playa del Arenal, Tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador.

9.0The location is genuinely convenient — a short walk to the promenade, close to a grocery store, surrounded by good restaurants, and just under 10 minutes by car to Xàbia town centre. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a family stay. Private parking is a great bonus.
− There were only 2 duvets with fitted sheets but no duvet covers. Since the weather wasn’t quite warm enough to sleep under sheets alone, we had to improvise — placing a duvet between the sheets to keep things hygienic. Unfortunately, this left the person sleeping on the sofa without anything to cover with, which was uncomfortable, especially travelling with a child. When we asked for duvet covers, we were told this is not the local custom. We understand regional differences, but for families with young children, extra bedding options would make a real difference.

6.0Buena localización, fácil aparcamiento, posibilidad de tener cuna y apartamento nuevo.
− Para 5 días solo había 1 rollo de papel higiénico, no había servilletas y faltaba 1 sábana de arriba por lo que en la cama tuvimos que tener el nórdico directo.
