1.0The location was convenient for where we needed to be but the area was not pleasant.
− The central heating was not working on arrival. Someone came to fix it but the boiler woke us in the night making a terrible noise. We had to turn it off for safety. No repair person came and there was minimal communication. We had to find somewhere else to stay because there was no hot water or heating. We have received no appology or refund. There is certainly a very large television but few other facilities. No tea or coffee in the cupboards. Not even a tea towel to dry the few pots that were provided.

10.0Everything in the accommodation was nice, the house very well equipped.
The house is nice and modern, but the cleanliness is way out of touch.
7.0Location is good & central to most things, the house was modern.
− The house was not in cleaned in orderly fashion, we found stained bedsheets & towels. We also found a few spiders throughout the home, upon one which was found on the main bedroom bed! The upstairs carpet area in the 2nd bedroom was not vacuumed properly, there debris & dirt everywhere. I literally spent almost an hour cleaning the carpet so that nothing would get on my children. The host asked for pictures which we provided, and said that an investigation would be conducted, but there was nothing done, it seemed like we were brushed off. I think that any guest that checks into any type of hotel/apt has a level of expectation for cleanliness, and unfortunately this house disappointed us.
Overall it was great experience everything seemed perfect by facility and comfort.

− Parking was a little tight. The neighbour told us we could park opposite in some space which was helpful

10.0Everything was as described, very fresh and new and very clean. No issues whatsoever. Would be happy to stay again.
