8.0− The only moment which I did not like - during booking it was stated that I may check in at any time, but it turned out that the check-in time is standard 2 pm.

4.0Location is good and very closer to beach with walking distance. Bus route is very close and comfortable with RTL Public transport.
− This apartment is not a registered under immigration and we faced trouble when arriving at the airport. If booking.com is available in this apartment it has to be considered the registered hotels and apartment under immigration in Maldives. We stayed 4 nights and had a same breakfast for each day. It is not pleasant to have same breakfast continuously. Even though, management said they will renew the linens in room for once in two days, it was not done.
