10.0The property is spacious, incredibly clean, and well-stocked with kitchen and linen items. The neighborhood area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small convenience store just down the road within walking distance, with a good variety of snacks, dry goods, some produce, and plenty of drinking water available to buy. The heating and water in the house worked without an issue; the house was very comfortable. The hosts were responsive, gracious, and deeply hospitable: Not only with details related to the booking, but also above and beyond with helping coordinate transportation, recommendations for the area, accessing the Şahdağ complex, and questions about the bus station in nearby Qusar.
− There is nothing I did not like about the property itself. As a general note about the area, be aware of the fact that for us traveling out of Qusar to the neighboring village areas or Şahdağ, Bolt was not reliable. It was much better to coordinate taxis through the local service, as our host did!

9.0The accommodation was great. Very friendly hosts, helped with any questions. There is a grocery store 100 meters away where you can buy almost everything you need. Very close to the ski resort. From the window, you can see several ski slopes and great mountains view. 4 minutes by car to the resort.
− The house is cool. You have to constantly light the stove to maintain the temperature. This is the only negative point in this location. Otherwise, everything is just wonderful
