10.0Osoblje je zaista susretljivo, ljubaznoi zaista profesionalno. Komunikacija je bila odlična. Sve moje potrebe su uspjeli ispuniti. Jako lijepo uređenje. Hrana je bila dobra i ukusna. Sve preporuke za Coop hotel.
Sofia mile mnie zaskoczyła - idealne miejsce na 2-3 dniowy pobyt.

Nu vom mai reveni niciodata!
1.0Nu am ajuns sa stam, deoarece nu ne-au inteles ca am avut o mare problema si sa putem reprograma, nu doream banii inapoi. Ne-au dat un termen stupid de o luna. I-am implorat sa putem programa pentru anul viitor.
− Nu ne-a placut stafful (nu a fost intelegator, Aveam si 3 camere si nu am reusit sa ne intelegem cu ei sa ne ajute cu reprogramarea pentru la anul viitor, avand in vedere problemele pe care le-am avut)
