3.0− We were stuck in front of the apartment because the key box code hadn't been sent to us. Since we made the reservation 1.5 hours before arriving in front of the apartment, I can understand that, but it's crazy that we don't receive the key code automatically (checkin is possible until 11pm and we arrived at 8:30pm). So we had to communicate via WhatsApp with the owner. We called him almost 10 times before he answered. When we opened the key box, the key was missing, so we had to communicate again via WhatsApp with him to give us the code for a new key box and therefore for our apartment. Once inside the apartment, the bedding was dirty with stains. There was no toilet seat. And there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals or something.
