− Was not told the bathroom was downstairs . As older persons it's not ideal because the stairs are narrow and slippery step caused a very bad fall bruised knee and arm scrapped and bruised
Not suitable for elderly and people who are scared of spider and people with asthma

− There was a horrible moth ball smell downstairs especially bad in the bathroom.

− No upstairs toilet and strange bedroom set-up (you have to walk through a bedroom to get to another).

− Don’t think the cleaning was good, could see dust accumulating on side of stairs, small cobwebs and overall carpet smelled dusty.
