We no longer live in the UK and wanted family and friends to be able to visit us and go out for my 50th Birthday (I did not want a party). This was the perfect base for this. Good key box system to get into the property and good idea to leave the key in this, whilst out, so all parties to the property could come and go as pleased. Easy to park several cars. Much closer to the sea, than it looks in the photos, with a lovely path to walk. Its a 25 min walk along the costal path into the Quay (lots of restaurants and shops) or walk in land (10mins) to the high street. Some lovely restaurants/bistro pubs (Google Map the Britannia Pub, to walk to and this takes you the shortest route and the top of the high street) Also very easy to get a Taxi (my mum has limited mobility). Downstairs bedroom and bathroom was super handy for my mum. The property is very stylish and amazing, with plenty of space.

− The properties back garden backs onto the railway line (personally not a problem for me, as my Flat in London was the same and it brought back lots of nostalgic memories!! 20 something party flat!! that used to rattle when the trains regularly went by). Front door bell does not work, so my parents were standing outside for a while before they thought to call us on the telephone. All minor things that in no way detracted from a brilliant stay.

The height of luxury, ideal for a family gathering in a fabulous location.

Very smartly appointed, luxury throughout. Very spacious for a family gathering and all of the four bedrooms were very comfortable. Parking for three cars easy, and we even managed to squeeze an extra car in. Free ev charger was appreciated. All the equipment was well maintained and the kitchen was fairly well equipped for heat and serve type meals. Garden was a bonus, and outdoor seating area would have been lovely if the weather had been better. Trains across the bottom of the garden were not an issue, we hardly noticed them.

− The family bathroom upstairs might benefit from an enclosed shower rather than just a bath. Maybe a couple of oven to table dishes to allow for homemade lasagne, for example. Also we needed instructions on using the oven, we discovered the drawer shown on the picture attached on our last day, but still have no idea what it was for and how to control it.
