I love the location. It was very quiet and neighbors were very nice.

− I didn't like the lack of communication when I arrived. I couldn't get in contact with anyone. I wasn't given advance instructions upon my arrival. Plus I got bitten by ants.

Good location in very quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and shopping.

− In general all was in good shape. I'm sure the owner will continue with upgrades to keep unit up to date.
