A very disappointing stay due to poor hygiene and an inadequate refund for the inconvenience.
1.0The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward. The unit was spacious and had basic amenities.
− Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to a severe cockroach infestation. We found cockroaches in multiple areas of the property, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic. We travelled all the way from Penang hoping for a peaceful and relaxing stay, but instead spent our time feeling stressed and unable to enjoy the accommodation. This was not the standard we expected based on the listing. Although I paid RM432 for the stay, I only received a refund of RM354, which I do not feel fairly reflects the poor condition and the impact it had on our trip.
