10.0The property is incredible. A beautiful infinity pool, 2 outdoor dining areas, hammocks for relaxing and a bbq grill. The villa is spacious 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a pool house. Our family had the most amazing time at Villa Bellavista. Stefano and Cinzia were great hosts, welcoming us to the villa, making sure we understood how everything worked, arranging our winery tour transportation and the most amazing dinner with a private chef!!

Traumvilla mit großem Pool in himmlischer Lage
10.0Unglaublich tolles, gepflegtes, premium ausgestattetes grosses Haus mit traumhafter exklusiv ausgestatteter Küche, geschmackvollen Interieur , mit 6 Schlafzimmern sowie ein Zimmer mit Stockbetten und Sofa. Eins davon sogar als einene kleine Wohnung im Poolhaus. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich vom Feinsten, von ausreichend, edlen Weingläsern, grosse Pfannen, Geschirrspüler alles komfortabel und hochwertig. Das Haus am Hügel (über Schotterstraße erreichbar) hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf einen der unzähligen Terrassen. Ein 15 m langer sehr gepflegter Pool, Jaquuzzi, Ruheplätze, Schaukeln vom Pinien Baum, Hängematten laden zum Verweilen ein. Genügend Platz am Grundstück für drei Transporter oder mehr. Wiesen mit Olivenbäumen gehören zum Anwesen. Die Klima wird extra abgerechnet, wobei wir Mitte Juli keine brauchten da das Haus hochwertig mit Ziegel gebaut und äußert kühl und behagliches Wohnklima bereitet. Ein Kohlegrill steht vorm Haus und es gibt sogar eine Outdoor Nische zum Kochen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen mit alten Vespen und haben von der Villa aus tolle Touren gemacht weil es gut liegt zu Pontedera, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Val d Orcia! Das Highlight war sicherlich Stefano und Cinzia welche das Haus verwalten, und die Gäste hervorragend in ausgezeichnetem Englisch betreuen, sowie Tipps für Restaurants, Touren, Ausflugsziele geben. Sehr herzliche und bemühte Gastgeber.Das Haus lädt wirklich ein, abends gemeinsam selber zu kochen und den traumhaften View der Terrassen zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es hat an nichts gefehlt!
− Keinerlei Beanstandungen! Evtl abends draußen auf Moskitos vorbereitet sein! Das Haus hat ÜBERALL gute Moskitonetze wenn man die Tür schließt ist s drinnen insektenfrei!
