Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Από τα ομορφότερα και τα καλύτερα οργάνωμενα που έχω διαμείνει ποτέ. Και ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικος. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Υπέροχος χώρος, άνετα δωμάτια με αποθηκευτικούς χώρους για να τακτοποιήσεις τα πράγματα σου. Ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα και το δεύτερο wc μας βόλεψε πολύ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενέστατος, πρόθυμος, εξυπηρετικός και νοιαζόταν για όλες τις λεπτομέρειες. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε έναν κεντρικό δρόμο σχετικά κοντά στην μαρίνα.

Excellent location in the heart of Volos town and with 5-10 minutes distance from the central bus station. What to mention about the cleanliness, comfort, design and kindness of the host? I wish I could prolong my stay in the apartment and the town. Until next time!

Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο δρόμο 500 m περίπου πάνω από την παραλία. Αυτό μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο και να κάνουμε την βόλτα μας με τα πόδια, στην αγορά και τους πεζόδρομους της πόλης και φυσικά στον παραλιακό δρόμο. Είναι πεντακάθαρο, διακοσμημένο με γούστο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές για προετοιμασία πρωινού ακόμα και για μαγείρεμα. Έχει κλιματισμό και στις δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες και θέρμανση στο μπάνιο. Μείναμε τέσσερις ημέρες, (τρεις διανυκτερεύσεις) και ο σπιτονοικοκύρης μας επικοινωνούσε καθημερινά τηλεφωνικά μαζί μας για να διαπιστώσει αν είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι! Μπορεί να μην γνωρίσαμε το ζευγάρι που έχει το διαμέρισμα αλλά με την καθημερινή επικοινωνία νιώσαμε οικεία και άνετα. Όταν μπήκαμε στο τραπέζι μας περίμενε τσουρέκι και κοκκινα αβγά για καλωσόρισμα! Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής για τις ημέρες που μείναμε ήταν πολύ καλή για δύο ζευγάρια! Επισκεφτηκαμε το κατάλυμα το Πάσχα αλλά θα ήθελα να ξαναπάω ίσως λίγες ημέρες και άλλη εποχή για να συγκρίνω την ζωή στη πόλη το καλοκαίρι ή και Χριστούγεννα! Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για δύο ζευγάρια και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Κύριε Κωστα ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζω να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το φιλόξενο χώρο σας.
