Der Garten und die Pools sind wunderschön. Die überdachte Terrasse mit kleinem Vorgarten auch sehr schön. Die Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen ideal. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Den inkludierten freien Eintritt ins Strandbad nebenan haben wir sehr genutzt.

− Not much storage space for personal items and clothes. The drawers and storages are full with items and objects.

The area is nice, there is enough space indoors for a family of 4. The lake is beautiful, but shallow.

− There is no breakfast provided, only some ingredients to make your own breakfast. These are sufficient for 2 breakfasts at best. This is misleading and decrease the comfort of holiday. Frankly, it is a kind of scam as you do not get what you pay for. The beach area is fenced off and is not easily accessible, moreover it closes at 4 pm off season. Swimming pool closes mid September. I do not recommend travelling here later than August.

We had a friendly welcome. But that was all.

− We had booked the accommodation with breakfast. Instead of the promised buffet or Italian breakfast, the contact person showed us the fridge with water, jam, butter, fruit juice, yogurt and milk. When we asked for bread, we were shown a long-life toast and told that the toaster was in the cupboard. There was no toaster in the cupboard, just a sandwich maker. The breakfast cereals had been opened. The coffee machine, glasses and dishes were dirty. We had to make our own breakfast. (This does not mean “breakfast included”). There was no air conditioning either, there was a “ventilation system”. I immediately tried to contact the owner about these two points (breakfast and air conditioning). He explained to me in a series of WhatsApp that this was all correct. He sent me a link to the supermarket where I could buy what was missing. What a sham! There were also other issues: there are no two bedrooms in this accommodation. The bunk bed is in the corner behind a half-height wall in the living/dining room and kitchen. The carbon monoxide detectors were next to it as if they had been “torn off”. The WIFI did not work either. The photos show a completely wrong location of the vacation home. The house is located in a complex of several row houses including a hotel. The so-called private pool belongs to the hotel and can also be used by the guests of the vacation house. The other large pools are located in a neighboring vacation complex, you can probably use them. No private beach or direct access to the lake. The lake is located about 300m behind a wall (which you can also see when sitting on the terrace) across the parking lot. However, you can only look at the lake there and not swim, as it is a nature reserve. Swimming 400m further on in the resort.

Great spot for Lake Iseo

Lovely apartment with garden and outdoor space on a brilliant complex by the lake. We swam, paddle boarded, played tennis and had a great stay.
