− Horrible cleanliness. Actually had blood splattered on the mirror in our room. Black mold in the bathroom. Dirty towels. Took 4 hours to get the blood cleaned and additional towels. Absolutely ridiculous !

− Common areas need attention. Elevator door sticks a bit. Floors need cleaning. Our bathroom had a few issues. Staff took care of them. Great property.
