10.0The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything neat and tidy and well equipped. Located as we expected - very quiet (apart from early arrival of garbage truck - necessary I know!). Are thinking about booking next year for the whole family.
− Silly thing - there was no glass recycling bin.
Overall we had a lovely stay and weather was good.

− The en-suite toilet had no extractor and toilet needed to be fully cleaned.

8.0The cottage is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches . Generous welcome pack , helpful info , great facilities ' on the door step' ( tennis courts , table tennis , gym , football net,) Outdoor furniture on the private decking .
− Unfortunately the kitchen equipment was not as clean as it should have been . This may have been an oversight . We washed quite a few cups , cutlery etc . The work tops were ok once we wiped them down . The equipment, crockery , glasses are plentiful . Oven gloves needed .

7.0Location was great ideal for visiting Bamburgh, Seahouses,Holy Island, Alnwick. The facilities, hot tub, community room play area for children all very good. The cottage was a good size and well equipped.
− The cottage was not as clean as we would have liked.

9.0It was a lovely location. And a lovely cottage
− I didnt feel there was enough pans in the kitchen and cookware. Also there was a few cobwebs in the bath. And a few items had dust on them
