9.0− The cleaning team forgot to clean the oven. Even though I didn't need to use it but not sure if it's because of that flies came in the unit. I caught 3 of them.

10.0My 22yr old son stayed alone, though I was nervous at first, this was a great, safe location. He had an amazing time and would stay there again.

− The host could not accommodate any requests, even an hour earlier check-in when we knew that the apartment had already been clean. The area is a little run down too.
