he overall environment and ambiance of the hotel are pleasant.
4.0The breakfast selection is very limited and offers little variety. The staff appear slow to respond and could be more attentive in providing service. Additionally, tea and coffee are not served separately, which could be improved to enhance the overall breakfast experience.
− The restaurant staff could be more welcoming and attentive. Communication between the service team and the kitchen appears to need improvement, as the waiters were not well informed about menu availability. Additionally, several of the recommended and popular menu items were unavailable, which was disappointing.

1.0First of all, the front desk manager was very unprofessional. It was a young woman. I went there with my wife and complained about the restroom. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed me and asked why I had thrown tissues into the toilet. I have been using this type of toilet for the past 12 years, so her comment did not make any sense. The restroom flush was extremely slow, which appeared to be the actual problem. Rather than blaming a customer, she should have apologized and looked into the issue. I told her that she should say sorry to me because I was reporting a problem, not causing one. Unfortunately, her attitude was disappointing. Please make sure your staff take proper care of all customers, including foreign visitors. I am originally from Bangladesh and currently live in the USA, so I understand different cultures. However, when foreign visitors experience this kind of behavior, they may judge the people and hospitality of the entire country based on that experience. I kindly request the management team to address this issue. In any business, professional behavior and customer service are a very big deal. Thank you.
