The setting overlooking Tuki Tuki river and te mata peak was glorious especially with the beautiful morning sun rises.

This home was heavenly to stay in.
10.0Five of us came to stay for a family weekend away. This house was heavenly and even better than the photographs. Plenty of space for us all, beautiful facilities right down to night lights and heated bathroom floors, soothing colour palate, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for pulling together meals after our trip to the Hawkes Bay Farmer’s market. My adult son enjoyed the piano, but apart from that, it was the quiet and peacefulness we all loved. The configuration for our family was four spacious double bedrooms – there was a spare single which we did not need. Multiple bathrooms including an extra half bath near the central living spaces meant getting out sightseeing on time was not a problem. Numerous seating areas both inside and out to read a book, chat, or just gaze at the surrounds. The pool was beautiful and warm, the spa pool pristine, and both made us felt like we were staying at a spa. With the dark sky we enjoyed gorgeous views of the stars at night. During the day, looking out over the extensive landscaped gardens and down the Tukituki river was picturesque. Awakening to birdsong, we discovered we were higher than the early morning cloud sitting in the valley, and it really did make this home feel like it was in heaven. Our host was proactive with her communications, kind and very helpful. We would so love to come back in the future. Thank you for a brilliant long weekend.
