− Podrian mejorar la atención al usuario y la comunicación (debido a que nos informaron que harian unas reparaciones y lo que pasaba era que requerían que nos fuéramos antes por que el hotel tenía una reserva grande y necesitaban el cuarto antes de la hora de check out)
