We had a wonderful stay and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful.
9.0Breakfast was not an option which is confusing considering it is called a B&B. Location was wonderful.
− Because there was a heat wave, air conditioning would have been nice.

− Finding it by car was a bit of a challenge
A quiet, nice place to stay - with a very helpful and accommodating hostess.
9.0Didn't realize breakfast was not included. Hostess gave us recommendation for where to find a reasonable breakfast instead.
Comfortable stay in the center of historic Orivieto.
10.0Convenient location in the historic center, good communication with the host. Because of a problem with our original assigned room, we weee in a comfortable apartment instead. Francesca made sure we were taken care of and that we had transportation back to the train station.
− The bathroom was down a few steep stairs, not a problem for us but it would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility.
